The apartment has a Queen size bed and a Leather two seater sofa bed to allow for more guests. There is a Fully self contained Kitchen. Bathroom contains a toilet and shower. Other facilities include 42" TV, DVD player and front loader washing machine. Split system Air conditioning All Linen and towels are provided.

Standard Terms and Conditions of Temporary Holiday Accommodation
Note: Variances can be agreed on but only by arrangement with the owner in writing.
Balance of the rental amount must be received in full 7 days prior to occupancy unless other arrangements have been made. If the client cannot be contacted, the owner has the right to cancel the booking and attempt to re
let it.
Cancellation if caused by the client, within 7 days of arrival a full refund will be issued minus the 25% deposit. If the building is re-let you will be refunded accordingly.
To maintain a good standard for our guests we require certain conditions to be complied with. We appreciate most will respect our property but the occasional abuse requires that we state the following conditions.
Parties and Functions are strictly prohibited without owner notification and arrangements made. Use contrary to this may result in additional payments.
Damage, Breakages, Theft and Loss are the tenant’s responsibility during their stay.
Departure – the property should be left in a similar state to its condition on arrival.
Check-out time is 11am at the latest, to allow time to prepare property for next guests. Check in time is 3pm.
All Linen is supplied.
Pets are NOT allowed.
Loss – the owners take no responsibility for the tenant’s personal property.
Variations to these conditions may only be made by prior arrangements with the owner in writing.
