Building

The Banrock Station Wine and Wetland Centre is an international tourist drawcard and an inspiring architectural demonstration of our commitment to the environment.

The building sits on a ridge offering elevated, panoramic views of the Banrock Lagoon, working vineyards, native woodlands, the Murray River and beyond. It is built of rammed earth from local soils and sustainable Australian plantation timber, using energy efficient design principles and incorporating solar power.
