The Mannum Dock Museum will host a team from Flinders University to investigate the claim
“Regarding your reference to the Mary Ann engine. Many years ago I drove Dad to Mannum, and again he emphatically pointed to the area of the Vivian’s garage where he said the engine had been buried. I presume it is still there.” an excerpt from a letter to the late Rod Williams from the daughter of Ernest Scott ,Jean Parker.
Where: The site of the former “Vivian’s Garage” next to the Pretoria Hotel Carpark Randell St Mannum.
