Houseboat Heaven welcomes you aboard to experience the beauty of the pristine part of the Mighty River Murray. Our Houseboats are modern and well maintained vessel and have all the comforts to make your holiday a enjoyable experience.

Inclusion offers 5 large private bedrooms with queen size beds that zip apart to singles for which ever configuration you require.
With 3 modern fully tiled Bathrooms, a kitchen with modern appliances and seated dining for 10. Comfortable lounge with LCD Smart TV so you can chill with a movie or watch the footy.
‘*INCLUSION’ is also ‘Fully Wheelchair Friendly’ for those with mobility restrictions.

All our houseboats are fitted with twin reliable Yamaha 60hp 4 stroke low emission outboard motors.

There is no need to break the budget to have a wonderful holiday exploring the magical Murray. So start your adventure exploring one of the most scenic sections of river on board our houseboats.

If it is water sports you are in to, you won’t be disappointed with wide sections for safe skiing. Try wetting a line and hook a Murray Cod or canoe one of the many creeks and backwaters Perhaps you may just want to relax INCLUSION will tick all the boxes. So jump on board you wont be disappointed.

Contact Details and Location

We are situated at the Southern End of Lock 5 Road, Paringa.
(Just past River Murray Houseboats)

When you arrive in Renmark from Adelaide, Turn RIGHT at the Roundabout and continue along the Sturt Highway. Cross over the Murray River on the Paringa Lift bridge and turn Right 100 metres after the bridge, Check for our signpost at the end of Marina.

If you are coming from Mildura Turn Left 100 metres past the Paringa Hotel and continue down to Lock 5 Marina.
