Conditions of Hire
*A deposit of $400 per week is required to confirm your booking within 7 days of reservation request. Full payment is required 2 months prior to hire. *A security/fuel bond of $600 cash is required on arrival, which is refunded (48 hours after the end of hire) provided the boat is returned on time, clean & free of damage. Any damage to the boat or equipment, will be charged at the termination of the hire.
In the event of an insurance claim the hirer will be liable for a $1000 excess payment.

By MSB Waterways regulations the number of persons on the craft must not exceed the licensed number of berths. Boat must only be driven in daylight hours.

Cancellation by the hirer must be made at least 2 months prior to commencement date of hire, no monies will be refunded until the full period of the booking has been rebooked. A $200 cancellation fee will be charged. TRAVEL INSURANCE RECOMMENDED contact your bank for a quote

The hire is conditional upon the craft being at the disposal of the hirer unless the boat is prevented from doing so due to mechanical breakdown, river conditions or any unforeseen circumstances causing a danger to the river craft. Management reserve the right to re-arrange the bookings, every effort will be made to give notice in advance if such circumstances arise. We agree to have the boat, motor and accessories in good working order. We will not be obliged to compensate hirer for loss of time due to unforeseen mechanical problems during the hire period. We have the right to cancel any cruise without notice.

No animals, Firearms, Motorbike and Chainsaws.

Hiring party must include at least one person over the age of 21 years with current motor vehicle drivers licence. The boat is a non-smoking houseboat.

All fuels and gas to be paid by the hirer.

Boarding time 3.00pm, boats must be at mooring site and vacated by 9.00am on the last day of hire.
