Murray Darling 3 houseboat has been beautifuly renovated with 5 bedrooms two large bathrooms plus a third toilet entering from the rear deck spacious living areas fully fitted out kitchen dine and TV room air conditioning and insulated top deck with an amazing outdoor kitchen BBQ setting fridge even the kitchen sink huge ice box a comfortable out door table and chairs plus two sun lounges to relax back on and take in some of the magnificent views and bird life the Murray and Darling rivers have to offer.
For those who have the time and the desire to travel the Murray take a cruise with us through lock 10 and 60 kilometres down to lock 9 and experience sun baking relaxation and swimming from one of the many sand bars along the way or go exploring in the forest digging up ancient relics of eras gone by or just to enjoy the peace and tranquillity nature has to offer.
Perhaps you enjoy the night life, restaurants and may be a round of golf or two then you can cruise upstream to Mildura moor up at Coomealla golf club, the Coomealla sports club provides a courtesy bus which will pick up and return you to your boat each night if you wish to indulge in a meal and entertainment on the pokies

CONDITIONS OF HIRE
A deposit of $600 per week to be paid within 7 days of booking with full payment required 2 months prior to commencement of hire.
A SECURITY/FUEL BOND OF $1500 CASH IS REQUIRED ON ARRIVAL,WHICH IS REFUNDED 48 HOURS AFTER THE END OF HIRE, provided the boat is returned on time, clean & free of damage. Any damage to boat or equipment or extra cleaning will be charged at the end of hire.
By MSB Waterways regulations the number of persons on the craft must not exceed the licenced number of berths. The boat must only be driven during daylight hours.
Cancellation by the hirer must be made at least 2 months prior to commencement date of hire, no monies will be refunded until the full period of the booking has been rebooked. A cancellation fee of $200 will be charged. TRAVEL INSURANCE RECOMMENDED contact your bank for a quote
The hire is conditional upon the craft being at the disposal of the hirer unless the boat is prevented from doing so to mechanical breakdown, river condiitions or any unforeseen circumstances. In this case management reserve the right to re-arrange the bookings, every effort will be made to give notice in advance if such circumstances arise. We have the right to cancel any cruise without notice.
We agree to have the boat, motor and accessories in good working order. We will not be obliged to compensate the hirer for loss of time due to unforeseen mechanical problems during the hire period.
No animals, firearms,motor bikes and chainsaws.
Hiring party must include at least one person over the age of 21 years with a current motor vehicle drivers licence. The boat is a non smoking houseboat
ALL FUELS & GAS TO BE PAID FOR BY THE HIRER.
Boarding time 3.00pm, boats must be at mooring site and vacated by 9.00am on last day of hire
