“Kiwi-Oz” is a 10 berth houseboat moored at Pyap, in Loxton.

The new internal renovation comprises a new kitchen,bedroom cupboards, carpet, blinds and ducted air conditioning to all rooms. Features include 4 bedrooms, 3 bedrooms with queen size beds which can be separated into single beds with sliding door access to the deck and 1 bedroom with a double bed plus a sofa bed in the Lounge. There are 2 bathrooms, 2 toilets, dishwasher, microwave, Nespresso Pod Coffee Machine, 2 LCD TV’s, DVD and CD, MP3 and IPod player with new sound system throughout plus gas heating and air conditioning. Outside there are a gas Pizza Oven, BBQ at the front and BBQ at the back of the Houseboat.

Deposit of $500 payable within 7 days of a booking for confirmation of hire.

The balance of the hire fee is required no later than 6 weeks prior to your departure date.

Cash security deposit of $500 is payable prior to departure and upon return all fuel costs will be deducted from the cash security deposit.
