Could Tailem Town Pioneer Village be the most haunted town in South Australia? We believe it is!

How can we claim this? Well it has been extensively documented for over 6 years and, most of the events captured on video. These incredible happenings can be seen exclusively on our 4hr Ghost Hunt, before YOU, go out into the village to explore this ghost town for yourself!

We hold two type of of tours – 2 hr Ghost Tours and 4 hr Ghost Hunts/Investigations. Both give you the unique opportunity of finding out what the the township has to offer once darkness falls!

TAILEM TOWN GHOST TOURS – 2 hrs

Join us, for the scariest tour in what is by far the most haunted town in S.A…. that is, according to the many visitors who have experienced activity here for themselves! Everything from solid shadow figures seen, to feelings of being touched with added unexplained emotional changes, certainly makes this tour even more intriguing and challenging… and not just for our guests!

Why would a tourist attraction be haunted? Many of these buildings are original and were people’s homes once. Most are over 100 years old, with the earliest dating back to 1890. Of course there are also the seven deaths associated with the property itself… fortunately none of them our tour guests… yet!

So join us as we guide you through some of the buildings that now reside at the Old Tailem Town Pioneer Village…. after dark!

Please note: This walk takes place on uneven ground in many places, for this reason please wear sensible, flat shoes. The area is also dark so please bring a torch if you have one. No alcohol allowed on tours.

GHOST HUNTS – 4 hr

This tour is very different from your run of the mill ghost tour – as YOU get to become the ghost-hunter yourself for the night!

The night starts with a tour around the village, where you get to explore our most active houses while learning about some of the characters that once lived in them.

Once the ghost tour finishes, enjoy a complimentary coffee while watching exclusive footage. Finally, experience for yourself just what it is like to sit quietly in haunted buildings for a further hour or two, using equipment often seen on the TV shows. Over 114 buildings to choose from!

This is a great opportunity for the paranormal enthusiast, whether a beginner or an experienced investigator, to gain access to Tailem Town after dark.
