Advantage I is a 12 berth platinum houseboat with style and panache. The houseboat has 4 queen bedrooms, all of which can be split to singles, all with TVs and Foxtel. They have power points for sleep apnea machines if required. There are two shared bathrooms boasting instant hot water to the showers, (with standard flush toilets, not marine toilets) which can be accessed from the front bedrooms as well as the hallway. Every bedroom has direct access to the deck. Two fold down queen beds are located in the front living area, allowing the houseboat to sleep up to 12 on board. The kitchen is located at the rear of the houseboat and has a stainless steel fridge/freezer with icemaker, dishwasher, stove, microwave and a pod coffee machine. New kitchen benches in 2018 are light and bright. The rear living area has a high definition LCD television with Foxtel and a DVD player with surround sound. The leather lounge suite has a recliner. There is also a small TV at the captain’s console. For your comfort there is evaporative air conditioning in the living area and ducted to all bedrooms. In the cooler months there are economical diesel heaters at the front and rear of the houseboat to keep you cosy. There are two BBQ’s on board. The first being on the rear deck, allowing easy access to the kitchen and the second being on the rooftop. The large covered rooftop has a spa, kitchen with sink, refrigerator, outdoor dining table and chairs, lounge suite, sunbeds and an LCD TV. The front loading washing machine is also located upstairs. This houseboat has the option of top deck steering as well as the main console downstairs. The houseboat has 24/7 240 volt power, no starting the generator, and is powered by 2 economical outboards. Advantage I is a great choice for your luxury holiday on the river. This houseboat is not pet friendly.
