Albert James houseboat is the small silver spa houseboat of the fleet. A great family houseboat, it is also popular with couples and honeymooners who take advantage of the four person heated rooftop spa. Albert James has two queen bedrooms (only 1 can be split to single beds if required) and a bunk room for two people. There is also a double fold out sofa bed in the front and rear lounges. The houseboat has two toilets, one bathroom and a well equipped kitchen with gas fridge, conventional stove, hotplates, pod coffee machine and a microwave oven. Albert James has recently had a new kitchen with a dishwasher fitted, as well as a new vanity in the bathroom and a complete refresh. The front lounge area has a flat screen TV while the rear lounge is a great spot to escape with a book to relax on a sunny afternoon. Choose to dine indoors or upstairs on the shaded rooftop. There is a CD and DVD player on board, as well as books, magazines and board games. Do as much or as little as you please! For your comfort the houseboat has gas heating in the cooler months and evaporative cooling in summer, 12 volt lighting and an easy start generator. There is even a shower on the swim deck to rinse off after watersports or fishing. Albert James is powered by a 60hp Mercury 4 stroke outboard motor and is very easy to operate and moor for two or more people. Sleeping a maximum of 10 people, we recommend this houseboat for 2-6 people for maximum comfort. Please note this houseboat is not suitable for sleep apnea machines. This houseboat is pet friendly by arrangement, there is a pet fee of $50 per animal which will be charged on booking.
