Diplomat is the smallest silver level houseboat in our fleet, with one queen bedroom, a double bedroom, a bunk room for two and a fold out sofa bed at the rear of the houseboat. Recommended for 2-6 people. One toilet, a bathroom, newly renovated fully equipped kitchen with electric fridge, microwave as well as stove and cooktops. Diplomat also offers a BBQ on the front deck, large ice-box and the option of dining indoors or on the top deck under the all-weather cover. The houseboat is cooled by an evaporative air conditioner in the summer and a gas heater in the cooler months. It has an easy start generator for 240 volt power and has 12volt lighting. The front lounge area has a TV, CD and DVD player, and the rear lounge offers the opportunity to curl up in the afternoon sun with a book. Powered by an economical 40hp Mercury outboard motor, Diplomat is very easy to operate for two or more people. Great fun on the river for couples or smaller groups! Please note this houseboat is not suitable for sleep apnea machines. This houseboat is pet friendly by arrangement, there is a pet fee of $50 per animal which will be charged on booking.
