Hypnotic is a 12 berth platinum spa houseboat with great indoor and outdoor living areas. The houseboat has 6 queen bedrooms, all of which can be split to singles. The bedrooms have power points for sleep apnea machines if required. Every bedroom has large windows to accentuate the amazing river views. There are two shared bathrooms boasting instant hot water to the showers, (with standard flush toilets, not marine toilets) which can be accessed from the hallway. There is a third toilet on the rear deck. The kitchen is located at the front of the houseboat and has a stainless steel fridge/freezer, dishwasher, stove, microwave and pull out spice rack. There is a barbecue on the front deck, allowing easy access to the kitchen. The spacious front lounge with comfortable large sofa and flat screen TV is opposite the dining area, and boasts a bar with built- in bar fridge. There is a DVD and CD player with MP3, USB and Bluetooth connectivity with surround system which is piped to the rear and upper decks. The rear TV lounge has a queen bed and privacy divider, with a power point for sleep apnea machines if required. For your comfort there is evaporative air conditioning in the living area and ducted to all bedrooms, as well as gas heating in the cooler months. The top loading washing machine and dryer are located in the hallway. The impressive solid rooftop has a spa, outdoor dining table and chairs, luxurious lounge suite, and sunbeds. The large swim deck has two V hitches for your ski boat. The houseboat has 24/7 240 volt power, no starting the generator, with an impressive solar bank to reduce running costs, and is powered by 2 economical 4 stroke Yamaha outboard motors. Hypnotic sleeps a maximum of 12 people on board. This houseboat is not pet friendly.
