Walks
- Pelican Path "Yunti Ngopun Ngami", Princes Hwy. Meningie, A 400m long Pathway featuring Interpretive Pillars and Inlays with Architecturally designed bird viewing areas.
- Lions Bushwalking Trail, Bowman Street Meningie, Recently established this walking trail meanders through Natural Scubland and is home to a number of endangered Native Orchids.

- Visit Meningie Museum, Fiebig Road Meningie
- Lake Albert Golf Club, 18 holes with irrigated fairways & greens one of the states best courses.
- Coorong National Park, Parnka Point (the narrowest point on the Coorong), Long Point (lovely little jetty), Kartoo Road 4WD (here you will see the historic Mark Point Windmill), Jacks Point (Pelican Observatory), Loop Road and 42 Mile Crossing (4WD crossing, camping)
- Visit Coorong Cottage Industries where local craft and produce is on sale.
- Coorong Country Drives taking in South along the Coorong, Narrung and Lake Albert Loop or the Tolmer Gold Escort Route Loop Drive
- Point Malcolm lighthouse; Narrung, Australia's only inland lighthouse (access by heritage turnstyle)
- Raukkan - site of the historic Church as seen on the $50 note
- Camp Coorong, Seven Mile Road 10klm south of Meningie, featuring a Ngarrindjeri Museum and Cultural Education facility
- Fishing, Lake Albert catches could include Carp, Redfin, Calop, Bony Bream and possibly Yabbies. The Coorong catches could include Coorong Mullet, Black Bream, Flounder, Congoli and Mullaway (closer to the Murray Mouth). Southern Ocean Beach Surf Fishing catches could include Flathead, Salmon, Mullaway, Shark, Stingray and Cockles.
- Birdwatching; with over 200 species of birds visiting the Lakes and Coorong the area is a twitcher's paradise.
- History; The Coorong has a wealth of history with much of it included in Leta Padman and Peter Doolettes books available from Coorong Cottage Industries
- Sports include; Sailing, Sking, Golf, Football, Cricket, Netball, Lawn Bowls, Crokey,
